At STATIK®, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all original purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your hardware, we provide a streamlined process to ensure your tech needs are met without hassle.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your STATIK® device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect your device for functionality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
